What is PitchPad?

PitchPad is your command center for content creator outreach. Designed for indie developers, marketers, and campaign managers, it replaces messy spreadsheets with a streamlined, privacy-first workspace.

Whether you are promoting a game, an app, or a creative project, PitchPad helps you find, organize, and contact creators without the chaos.

How To

For the App to work, you will need to add your own API keys to it.

Once the API keys are added, you can use:

• Search: for searching and adding creators
• Add ids: for quickly adding x amount of creator-ids if you have them (much faster).
• Update: for updating all the stats of your list (Check Full to also get the last time the creator uploaded a video - this takes more time)
• Filter and sort your list.
• Create and manage outreach campaigns.
• Set creators to "contacted" for a specific campaign.

Per content creator row you can:

• Add notes.
• Rate creators (overall and for a specific project).
• Add an email address manually (if the auto extract did not find an email in the description).
• Open a mail in your default mail client prefilled with the mail adress as well as the template you have configured (template can be configured in the settings).

Current Status

PitchPad is currently in Beta. Feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions are welcome!
